Location:
The apartment is located on the upper floor of a two family house built in 1984. It is right in the centre of the village. Grocery store and post office are just a few steps away.Though midst in the village, it is a rather quiet location offering superb views of the surrounding mountains. The house is set back from the main street. On the balcony facing south you hear the very moderate day-time traffic. In the evenings and during night--time, it is very quiet.

The apartment:
Beautiful attic apartment on the top floor with visible roof structure, plenty of wood, light and stunning views. With app. 75 m2 it is ideal for 2 to 4 people (max. 5).
Dining and living area with open kitchen and fireplace; fine views to the south + west; door to the balcony facing south.
The apartment has three bedrooms, two of which are quite small: twin bedroom with bay window and door to the balcony facing north; small room with 1 bed (additional bed stowed under former) and door to balcony facing north; small room with 1 bed and skylight.
The apartment has one bathroom / toilet.
Also: two balconies and parking lot in garage.

Furnished in modern and simple style.
Modern kitchen; fully equipped with refrigerator/freezer, dish washer etc.
Floors: tiles in living/dining area, carpets in bedrooms.
Heating system: central floor heating.
TV, radio set, telephone, bed linens, towels, cloths and firewood are provided.
Washer/dryer in basement.
Bed for small child available on request.
